The Superhero Database Classification number, or SHDB Class, is a number that represents the overall 'power' of a character. All traits of a character are used for calculating the Classification.
What it DOESN'T mean
This doesn't mean that a higher class would always beat a lower class character. But the bigger the difference in Class is, the more obvious it is who'll win in a fight.

Super Power Score and Level
Every Super Power has a score (SPS) that is used to calculate the Class. Each Super Power also has 3 levels (SPL). The level is set when connecting that Super Power to a character. The level determines the final score, of the Super Power, being used in the calculation.

Batcave = Bruce Wayne
Avengers tower = Steve Rogers
Wasteland = Draw
Gotham = Draw
Like it'd be simple. How come he fights Superman who doesn't need to try but he still wins. It's because of his plan and strategy. That's exactly why I think Batman wins this. When the fight keeps going on. Bruce will figure out the way to defeat Steve and good game.
His suit did get ripped in explosions but it helped him survive.
And I'm a Batman fan.
Darkseid has been a problem for the Justice League and Thanos crushed the Avengers. However, if Thanos were in DC, he would have been crushed on Day 1 of his "crusade".
CA still trains a lot you know. He does just sit down and do nothing in between missions. He's training constantly. It's because of those decades of training that CA is far more experienced. He's gone up against Iron Fist, Shang-Chi, Wolverine, Black Panther and beaten them all easily except BP.
I have a question though..you said he was trained for decades??how could he be training for decades when he was frozen for that long?do you read comics?I'm sure you do, what issue can explain his fighting abilities?? thanks

@mxy Never said Batman becomes weaker but he is weaker compared to Cap. Cap knows all that an more.
He is still faster and more stronger and better fighter, i think cap is little more durable without suit ,plus batman is way smarter
