Venom The only reasons that I think Venom wins IS--A. Rogue might not be able to absorb or drain the symbiote like she could most others, B. the body snatch feature of the symbiote is often missed by voters but devastating(the parasitic symbiote could reject Brock for Marie--she would make a better host), and C. the symbiote heals up and Rogue doesn't. Rogue may be have a lot of speed, be an excellent fighter, and have very good strength(100 tons at last check), but Venom has webbing to get around fast and every other factor goes to the symbiote. Venom could web her face up to get close or Rogue would get too close, the symbiote steals her body, and there is nothing she could do about it.
