Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore Movie Review

Okay I’m only responding because I have a differing opinion than you. I’m glad that you liked the movie but I honestly have no idea why these movies are even called fantastic beasts anymore because there is hardly anything about Newt and his abilities in this film, there was so much dragging at the beginning before finally getting into the plot. There was a lot of things that the movie was trying to execute well but they just weren’t done efficiently. I think the writers of these movies are very lucky that the performers who play Newt, Grindelwald, Jacob, and Dumbledore are excellent because otherwise it would be not very good. I just believe there could’ve been some tidying up from writers and such. I think there is potential for the story of dumbledore but it shouldn’t be part of Fantastic Beasts because it feels the story is going so far the other way. This is a below average to average movie for me. Like 4/10 or 5/10 at best for me.

It is going to be a Dumbledore story overall. There will be a total of 5 movies and it is just leading up to the great duel between Dumbledore and Grindelwald in 1945, which will probably be the final battle of the series in movie 5.
