Being old doesn't always mean a high IQ. I think his IQ currently is good enough, it's still pretty high.

IQ should be 80, again that's still high and he's still smarter than most characters since it is above average. Also combat I think is too high, since he is not known for being martial artist, he fights but isn't 100 in that field.

I learned that he's not actually that powerful, they are said from the words of cultists. Outside of Cultist beliefs, Cthulhu is not that impressive. He also loses to Shuma Gorath from Marvel who is way more powerful than him.

Those are old stats and I plan to re-update them soon.

It's gonna take me a while to read through it, I'm not done yet.

My issue with the quotes is thatt they're out of context. What stories are they from because it really matters who the protagonist is and that Lovecraft used a lot of terms interchangably. For example, old ones can refer to the Great Old Ones, the Outer Gods and the actual group of beings known as the old ones and without context you'll never know.

I am working on ustats, but I'll need to finish them when I get home so I can reference my notes. As per why Tsathoggua is so high, let's just say the stats are wrong and I've been meaning to fix them and the other Lovecraft stuff for a long time.

So. Now that I have had time to properly read back through my notes, I have put in my ustats and I'll see about editing tomorrow. They are higher than current, but it lines up with my readings. One thing I would like to note that leads many people to lowball Cthulhu is the quote "Great Cthulhu is Their cousin, yet can it spy Them only dimly." Before this they only refer to Them as "Old Ones," but taken in the context of the Dunwich Horror and its focus on Yog-Sothoth that the Them in question refers to the Outer Gods and not the Great Old Ones.

I think the ustats you're planning to add are a bit too high, I learned that Cthulhu and Tsathoggua are actually lower. I'm thinking either Tier 6 or 7 for them.

And where did you learn that, if I may ask? 6 is way too low and the Elder Gods wouldn't have bothered interfering with a being at t7. Might end up being best to leave it alone.

Well they aren't that high in terms of feats, they are said to be this powerful but only from cultists rather than people who are actually knowledgeable on the entity. Also Lovecraft from what I recall made it clear that the Ultimate Gods are way beyond the Elders in terms of power.

By that logic, we can't use the vast majority of Lovecraft's work because they're not from experts. The whole point of the stories is that our minds literally can't understand what these beings even truly are. As per the Elder Gods, yes they are weaker than the Ultimates, but so what? Noddens can battle Nyarlathotep to a stand still and his servants, the Night-gaunts, drove off the Hunting Horrors. Noddens was the one that sought to be something of an ally to the lower realms and he's not going to waste his time weakening/binding entities so far below him.

I'm going to leave the stats as they are, but I plan on adding bio info and such today when I get time.

Last I checked Transformers cosmology is like 21D, So I think tier 8 would be ok. Like Outer would mean you be above infinite dimensions, not a finite number.

The speed I see referenced for Pidgeot is Mach 2 in pokedex entries, so 3x Speed of Light is much too high.

@vonKonigsberg I have taken that information from a page that says that pidgeot is ftl but I lowered the speed but according to its speed when dodging is minimum mach 10

Yes you can be Tier 8 and Nigh-omnipotent but not everyone on here gets that because we're strict with that power. Being a concept doesn't necessarily mean nigh-omnipotence, there are even beings who can change concepts or scale above them. We shouldn't keep assuming someone is nigh-omnipotent as that would require discussion from other users.

Let me do eva and tell me what I should add under alter egos. Glad you found the stats for Madoka, but have you carefully made sure to sort them. Purple being major, blue being mid, and grey being minor.
