Batman VS Cap: Stalemate
Black Panther VS Ra's Al Ghul: Black Panther
Red Hood VS Deadpool: Deadpool
Spider-Man VS Deathstroke: Spider-Man
Spider-Man, Deadpool, and Black Panther would help Cap with Batman.

One word, God Blast. And even if Thor doesn't use his God Blast, Loki's magic would destroy Superman, Thor could easily take Zod, and Ymir could hold off Doomsday until Thor and Loki can help.

At the start , Superman takes out Cap and Tony, and Thor takes out Batman, which leaves Superman VS Hulk and Thor. And the winner is pretty obvious. Sorry Supes, but you aren't beating Thor and Hulk.

Just because Batman started training as a teenager doesn't mean he's a better fighter than Cap. Cap has had more experience and he would instantly recognize any martial arts Batman uses, and then he would counter it. Batman's only hope WOULD be his gadgets, if they weren't made useless by Cap's shield.

Well, I'm going to debunk what you said...
Cap's battlefield knowledge is greater than Batman's (which I said already), and his combat is also better. Batman's stealth won't do much because these battles (at least I'm pretty sure) are just when two characters run into each other randomly. So Batman won't be sneaking around. Even if he was, Cap would figure out pretty quickly that Batman was planning a sneak attack. So there, debunked. (And also, the vibranium thing goes along with the no prep time. And also, you has some good points, and even though I think Cap would win, Batman would put up an amazing fight.

Round 2:
Since only Aquaman and Cyborg are left (And maybe Flash which we'll get to), it's pretty simple.
Cap would beat Cyborg and Hulk or Thor would beat Aquaman. If Iron Man was left he could help with Cyborg. If Flash was left Thor would just strike him down with some lightning bolts because you know, LIGHTning. So even though most people say Justice League wins beacause of Superman and Wonder Woman, the Avengers have Thor and Hulk, so yeah.

I think you guys might be underestimating Thor's power. Here's my thoughts.
Batman VS Cap: Cap wins because of superior skills and enhanced strength and speed. Also, shield, which will defend against Batman's gadgets. For a more in depth explanation, go to the Batman VS Cap battle.
Thor VS Superman: Thor wins because Mjolnir is very, very powerful, plus his lightning can be or is magic, which is a weakness of Superman.
Hulk VS Wonder Woman: Hulk wins because he is stronger than Wonder Woman, and if she starts to beat up on Hulk at the start, it will just simply make him angrier, and we know that the angrier Hulk gets, the stronger he gets.
Iron Man VS Flash: Now this one can go either way. Either Flash just quickly vibrates and grabs Iron Man's arc reactor, and finishes him off, or Iron Man stalls long enough and is able to step up a trap/hit him. So it's a tie.
Aquaman and Cyborg beat Hawkeye and Black Widow.

So, I think Captain America would win for multiple reasons.
1. While Batman is smarter in tech and science, Cap has more general and battlefield knowledge. Also, once Cap learns something or even sees something, he remembers it. While Batman knows almost all established martial arts, Cap can copy skills that only certain people have (Like for example, Cap could probably copy Deadpool's unpredictability, but not fully).
2. Cap is stronger and faster because of the super soldier serum. Batman can't rival Cap's strength or speed, which gives him a big advantage.
3. Cap's shield. So before you go saying that Batman has countless gadgets for any scenario, let me explain why Cap's shield is better than Batman's gadgets. First of all, vibranium is very strong. Of course, there's inertron and promethium, but not only does Batman probably not have that (He might, I don't know much about those materials), but vibranium is something Batman has never seen. Batman's gadgets are very useful and unique, but Cap's experience will probably counter them. He would know how the gadgets work, and if he's never seen something like it, then he'll quickly catch on.
So that's why Cap would win. I didn't go into as much depth in combat as I wanted too, but if anyone wants me too, then I will.

Okay, so first of all, holy crap SirSpidey! You went and pinned down all of those comics (or read all of them, which in that case, good job). That's impressive! Also, TheTrueSuperman, you did a good job too. I mean, I'm team Thor, but still, nice job.
Okay, so here's why I think Thor would win (I don't have comic evidence, so sorry). First of all, Mjolnir. Mjolnir is very strong. I mean, it's an enchanted hammer that only the worthy can lift. I know Superman has lifted the hammer in that crossover, but that was once, while he probably won't be able to do it again. Next, Thor has his lightning, which could be magic, but I'm not sure (SirSpidey, if you know this one, then please confirm or die). So IF Thor has magic, then Superman has a big disadvantage. As for Superman's stats: Intelligence, Strength, Speed, Durability, Power, and Combat, some are pretty even, which I will get to on my next comment (because I don't know how long it will be and I don't want this comment to be to long).
