Blood Manipulation

Often called Bloodbbending or Hematokinesis, this ability allows the user to create, shape, and manipulate blood of oneself, others, or from their surroundings, such as blood banks, hospitals, or battlefields. They can affect the blood and modify, transform, use as an attack, protect, or even enhance the body and affect the body as a whole, rewriting the genetic code of blood cells.
