I only wanted to discuss the GOOs for now. I feel like once we get those figured out, the rest will be super easy. I just seperated out where they lie in their basic groups for now. The entity category is large and varied. That can come later.
Maybe we can try working on ones that haven't been filled out first? That way there's no resetting stats or anything like that. Like maybe Gi-Hoveg or Ctoggha? Both do some ustats and see what we both think and then find common ground.

That being said, not all of the creatures and gods that emerged from his work (and others) are created equal. I don't like to harp, but the Heat-Lizard is just a crocodilian horse the natives of Mercury use for transport. It's a threat to a single person, sure, but you could conceivably take it out with a gun. And the Elder Things are mortal creatures that mortal men killed. I legitimately just want to help make sure these characters are interpreted within reason and not overhyped into oblivion.
And seriously, the Colors should not be anywhere in the billions or millions. They're somewhere in the same range as the Flying Polyps and Elder Things.
The Great Old Ones vary wildly in power and is more of a tier in power than anything else. Father Dagon and Mother Hydra are considered Great Old Ones (sometimes) and they never demonstrate any kind of nigh-omniscience or anything of the sort. Even Cthulhu requires assistance from humans to wake up. And don't get me started with Ghatanothoa and the other mostly mindless GOOs. They are powerful, but not Lucifer Morningstar or CAS powerful. That's the Outer God tier.
I will focus on specific characters I have the most issue with.
The Heat-Lizards... They're just big heat resistant lizards from Mercury. They're not even sentient, just beasts of burden.
The Colour Out Of Space... There can be an argument to be made that they're tier 6, but they are below any of the actual named deities.
I realize you're going off of VS wiki, but I wouldn't view them as primary source to draw info from. Definitely useful for feats and such, but hardly a reliable source.
1st place: Alucard (post Schrodinger) form
2nd: Schrodinger Cat
3rd: Alucard (Pre-Schrodinger) Therefore should be in tier 3 since he did go up against Incognito.
4th: Incognito
5th: Walter (Younger Form)
6th: Seras Victoria
7th: Zorin
8th: The Captain
9th: Walter (Older Form)
10th: Tubalcain Alhambra
11th: Alexander Anderson tied with Luke Valentine due to speed
12th: Rip Vann Winkle
13th The Major
14th Jan Valentine
