Speed - The TIE/IN was able to operate in-atmosphere and in a vacuum with a maximum speed of 1250 kph. The craft was also incredibly maneuverable. It did require a carrier, as base models lacked a hyperdrive.Weapon Systems - The TIE/IN was equipped with 4 wing tip mounted laser cannons and two chin-mounted laser cannons.
