Protagonist's History

At the age of 8, Lamonte had grown to idolise two men. Lawrence Lee, otherwise known as the superhero Law, and God, the being that made him. He possessed a remarkable intelligence and curiosity for his age which led him to cross paths with the law-enforcement hero Law on several occasions. His most incredible feat, at the age of 9, was discovering the true identity of the Law enforcement hero within a seven-day resolution. Eager for a meeting with his idol, he demanded that his parents take him to a carnival which he had deducedLawrence would be attending. When he got the chance, he boldly approached the hero for an autograph in his public identity. This bold confrontation, however, was met with an unprecedented surprise attack by a mutant criminal that could fire shards of his bones as bullets. He successfully shot down Law who sustained critical injuries trying to protect the young Lamonte. Seeing his idol in a pool of blood and not because he had got in the way of his job filled the young boy with a sense of responsibility. He put on a play mask and bravely faced the criminal in a battle of wit vs muscle. After two decisive minutes, he managed to outsmart the A-ranked criminal and knock him out of the game. Naturally, the police arrived at the scene after the climax of the attack. Before they could find the person that had taken out the villain, Lamonte rushed off to where he had left his idol's body. When he found an empty spot, he presumed that the hero was safe after all and set off to return to his own family. His mother wrapped his bloodied body with her arms of relief that he was okay. The next day went by normally until he arrived home only to find Lee seated with his parents, at his dinner table. With a few gestures from Lee, he understood that he could not reveal any supposed knowledge of the man's identity to his parents. Lamonte thought that the man was there to thank him in person for his display of bravery and perhaps make him his sidekick. Instead, he was met with a man on a mission to erase any memory he had of his identity. He had already gone through his property and retrieved every notebook with information pertaining to his secret life. All he had to do was make the child once more oblivious to the fact that there was even a superhero called Lee, and he succeeded. He left the boy's home and returned to his personal lives.

However, within few hours of the memory erasure, Lamonte had already fallen in love with a superhero called Law who he instantly made his idol. His admiration for the man led him to track him down so that he could get what he wanted from an idol; an autograph It took him 19 hours to rediscover the hero's identity through a brand new investigation with no leads whatsoever. Needless to say, Lee was thoroughly astounded by his immense intellect and made the boy an offer he couldnt refuse. Two weeks later, Lee had managed to take down three secret criminal organisations but only with the investigative aid of his gifted ward. The media, however, was unaware of the hero's pre-teen aid. Decorously, he offically revealed to the public his llittle assistant under the pseudo-alias of Proctor, a dwarfish middle-aged woman that was gifted wih an astounding intellect. Despite the perfidious guise, however, Tavor the boneman recognised Proctor as he child that had had defeated him; an atrocious blow to his pride. From his prison cell he vowed to get back at the child for ruining his schemes.

The popularity amassed by the dynamic duo made it apparent to each of them that their safety might be compromised. This realisation hit them a moment too ate. On the day of hi conviction, Tavor was faced with a vat jury, among who sat Lamonte and his family. His mother, being the judge, made it a point to indulge her son in her work from a very young age. Thi contributed to his vast knowledge of how criminals work and is part of what consitutes his genius. Tavor was sentenced to 7 life erms for his egregious acts. Immediately Miss Lovelace banged the gavel, the criminal stood up and proclaimed that he knew that the brat who got him caught was there that day, and that he would not leave before he killed him. he ao mentiioed tht he had reaso to believe that the brat had no idea it was him. This caued panic in the courtroom. Lamonte himelf was unaware that it was actually him. Amid the mayhem, he looked in the direction of the boy. With all the excitement, three people found themselves in his line of target, a well as a fourth, Lamonte' father, who had noticed the eye this viallain had kept on his son and stood to protect him. In a fatal moment, the four dropped dead. The mayhem was stirred. Hewas hoever broght down with brute force yet happily so, thinking that his target was among the fallen. Lamonte and his family, including the judge herself, rushed to check on Miste Lovelace, but were too late. He was alread dead.

Lee and Lamonte each blamed themselves for Mister Lovelace's death, with the latter wanting to complletely give up his childish hero fantasies for the ake of his family. . However, a realisation hit Lamonte. He had already made adversaries with countless crimnals and it was too late to pull out for safey. He knew that at least one more of them would seek revenge agaist him and hurt the pwople he loved in te process. Therefore he began to train in martial arts with help from Lee.

As such, but only after enlisting the boy's permission, Lamonte began training in martial arts. He was a quick learner for his age, earning a black belt by the age of 9.. However, to reduce gathering an attenttion as a skilled combatant, he purposely did poorly in any tournament he entered. This still did not deter his development. He was abble to balance a social life, sudies, family, combat training, and being Proctor. He had an astonishing talent in reading and flawlessly implementing fighting techniques. y the time he was 14, after working five years alongside Lee, and solving countless cases, they decided to unveil to the public the brand new sidekick, Cadet, who would be working alongside Proctor and Lee. The undertaking of a junior sidekick was never something that the public would take softly so the duo initially faced criticism. However, after proving his capbility as a promiing young candidate for justice, Lamonte gained more than just the public's respect and approval. Lamonte, "Proctor", and Lee came to be an unstoppable force in their respect. Several young admirers took after them and with time, Lee and Lamonte founded an organisation that aimed at training children to become exceptional upholders of the law.
