If the arm was to be made of vibranium, it would be coated with it on the external plates. The internals would remain unprotected, and constructed of a lesser metal. Since the exterior plates had small spaces between them it is 100% possible that the force of the chest blast caused the arm to be torqued and the internal connectors were broken and ripped off. Since Caps shield is made completely of a vibranium adamantium alloy, it has no weak points the blast could target. In reality the arm though possibly coated in vibranium is much more fragile than Cap's shield because of the all of the small sophisticated parts of lesser metals in the internals. Therefore even if Buckey's arm is partially made of vibranium, Caps shield would not be destroyed by a chest blast.

@ SirSpidy It's speculated that it's made of vibranium, there is no definite source proving that it is or is not. http://scifi.stackexchange.com/questions/65736/what-is-the-winter-soldiers-arm-made-out-of
if you have a source you'd like to show me where they say indefinitely that it is a vibranium alloy, I'd like to see it.

Buckey's arm is not made of vibranium, it's a titanium based alloy, so no it would not cut through Captain America's shield.

Voted: Batman

Batman can win this fight if, and ONLY IF he can:
1. Everything goes to plan, and Batman avoids direct contact with an unweakened Superman
2. Batman can distract and weaken superman to the point at which he is virtually powerless. This would likely involve Magic, Red solar energy and Kryptonite.
3. Superman is caught off guard and isn't actively hunting Batman. Or else he would expecting Batman to have something prepared for his arrival.
4. Superman does not want to kill Batman, Lets face it if Superman want to kill something it will die.
5. Batman's trap is borderline lethal. Any less and Superman will overcome it, he has faced down, both Kryptonite and magic and lived to tell the tale.
If all conditions are followed Batman can win the fight, but if even one is not, he chances of being victorious drop drastically. Overall Superman can defeat Batman much quicker and with greater ease and variety than Batman can to Superman.
