well he knows about gman. His orgins, Knows about human language, Knows about gordon
and has connection to vortesence: the Vortigaunt species can communicate with one another telepathically. They believe Vortessence is the fabric of the universe, made of "vortal cords", of which everything is woven (and therefore everything is connected). The Vortigaunts are able to read and control this force for their electrical powers, nearly hive-mind telepathy

I say that this is around genius to super genius level. You can be a genius and still know know stuff like this. Nigh-Omniscience means you know 99% of everything, even things that genius level beings couldn't comprehend.

The power to know almost everything in existence. Lesser version of Omniscience.

The user knows almost everything in existence while being blocked from certain details or being limited in other ways, possibly only being able to see one timeline or universe, or have just small patches of information that are missing or blocked out. Thus allowing one to keep their sense of free will and uncertainty.

This power is also called limited Omniscience.

Limitations:
The user's knowledge is limited in certain ways/areas: they may be limited to certain areas or subjects of knowledge or lack knowledge about certain areas.

Well from what I've seen so far I've seen things say he is tier 1 more and more, so Tier 6 and 7 seems unlikely. 6 or 7 means he would have the powerful to affect a universe or a multiverse.

That's like opening a portal between dimensions which is dimensional travel. Dimensional travel doesn't automatically apply to tier, it's basically range. Controlling all life would mean Life Manipulation.

nihilanth is more powerful then Gene Worm (Gene Worm)

From what I see in the video they were guarding the portal to Xen, Plus they literally got killed by a gun so it's starting to be hard to believe they are that high.

Possible doesn't necessarily mean it is true, we don't know for sure he actually created that place. Controlling something and creating something are two different things.

The feats you showed and told me are range feats, not Attack Potency. Also seeing how Gordon was able to kill nihilanth, then I guess that would mean upgrading him to 6 which he isn't.

1. Gene worm seems at first point to be mindless. but i give it more iq because it was said to be the leader of the race x. Nihilanth simply is smarter because he knows about gman know his true motives (can see future), knows what happens in xen, is older
