Spider-Man We all have to be honest here...Spiderman is much more stronger and more powerful. The only thing that Batman has over Spiderman is a wide array of gadgets which in the long run would not do anything to Spidey. His body easily overcomes various toxins and a lot of people forget he has a healing factor but not nearly like that of Wolverine or Deadpool. Batman may have better combat skills but he has NOT mastered Spidermans agile and flexible fighting style known as, "The Way of the Spider." People forget that Spidermans webs are made to hold characters with superhuman strength. Batman could be webbed up and totally man-handled by Spidey. Batman cannot use the dark and really can't shoot anything at Spidey because of his senses. Not even with prep time would Batman win because just like Spiderman, Spidey learns his opponent while fighting him or her and preps in the event he looses the 1st fight with his just as high intelligence as the Batman. Spiderman is stronger, faster, more powerful, knows the attack before it comes, as smart, has a variety as suits as well, has his own fighting technique. This fight would be over if Spiderman hit Batman with not even his fullest potential in the head or exposed jaw.
