Having his mortal parent dead, Markus fights for the German Empire in an attempt to find who he is and what he is. After becoming part the German secret agency, he receives a vision from his godly parent telling him to go to bunker 5, a top secret bunker, to figure out what his story in this world is. The Titan Hyperion appears and and claims Markus as his first and only mortal child. He gives him an ancient Greek suit of armor that allows him to be stronger than normal, he gives him a sword that has been enchanted in the Mt. Etna for 2000 years. He gives him a shield that was made by the cyclops in the heart of Mt. Olympus, but the most special gift Hyperion gives his son is his blessing ,which gives him enhanced reflexes, the ability to absorb and control fire, and ignite himself on fire.

With his new gifts Markus sets out on a quest that will define the future of the world. He sets out in search of the mystical God Hades to battle him and get him give information about Allied fortifications in the heart of France. He finds Hades and through a long fight convinces him to tell him where the fortifications are. Hades tells where they are, as Markus is exiting the goddess of Magic, Hebe, puts spell on him that puts him to sleep, forever.
