Thanos (Infinity Gauntlet) (MCU) I personally believe that this battle could go both ways, and I wouldn't be willing to bet on any of the two due to its unexpected, unpredictable outcome, but i believe that Thicc Thanos has a slightly higher chance of winning judging by the fact that he has superior intellect and an long list ongoing amount of experience.

Thor (MCU) Thor's limit is unknown as stated above, he and CM are extremely powerful, though Thor's journey in the MCU is much longer, he has more experience, specially against other powerful beings, and stormbreaker extremely powerful as it could break through Thanos's Infinity Gauntlet beam which is even more powerful than any of captain marvel, seen as he has the power of all 5 infinity stones and is a superior being. The russo brothers said that the MCU is inspired in the comics, given this fact, we could possibly see many more figures of Thor, these may include the most powerful, Rune King Thor, a God and Eternal being. While for captain marvel, the comics have clearly topped off a limit to her strength and power, with her ultimate form being inferior to Thor's.
