Godzilla Junior's powers and abilities

Atomic Breath - Godzilla Junior gained access to his own Atomic Breath in Godzilla vs Destoroyah. Although not as powerful as his foster father's, his breath was capable of leveling buildings, knocking Destoroyah out of the sky and pushing Destoroyah a large distance.

Energy Absorption - Godzilla Junior absorbed numerous sources of energy and radiation that furthered his growth into an adult. After his death, his body absorbed the radiation from Godzilla's death, allowing him to be resurrected.

Regeneration - Godzilla Junior was capable of regenerating from normally life threatening injuries in a short time frame, although he could be killed.

Telepathy - Junior had the ability to telepathically communicate with Godzilla and Rodan when he was in distress.

Godzilla Junior's weaknesses

Immature - Godzilla Junior is immature and is generally incapable of fighting on par with any of the fully developed Kaiju he would go up against, although he was able to hold off Destoroyah's lower forms for a time.
