An actress who I absolutely adore is Kathy Bates but I was absolutely disappointed with her performance in The Day The Earth Stood Still in 2008 and I understand it was a remake of a classic that was widely controversial of the time so the film was not received but that is usually an actress who brings her absolute best to the table and in that film, it was like she was sleep-walking and I understand that people have off performances and something could have been going on in her life but that would be one I would point out.
Oh also, I would like to point out Andrew Grey in Power Rangers Megaforce and Super Megaforce. He is the absolute worst, like even for a cheesy kids show it is just some terrible acting from the "model turned actor".

The worst superhero castings I have ever seen I can list a few I despise the most.
Topher Grace as Eddie Brock/Venom (Spider-Man 3): While I like Grace in other media I have no why they casted him Venom considering he’s too small and not really well written and his character was just shoehorned into the film so that the movie just so the studio can make money. While the 2018 Venom flick isn’t the greatest, Tom Hardy is just a much better choice for the role than Topher.
Jessica Alba as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Fantastic Four (2005) and Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007)): Alba was pretty much casted for this role just cause of her beauty and her performance was just too wooden. Here’s hoping that Emily Blunt is still considering on playing the character in the MCU in 2023.

Ben Affleck (As Daredevil in 2003 movie)
I've seen his best as Batman in DCEU
But I think his performance in Daredevil 2003 was like a worst nightmare
I even started hating Daredevil until Charlie Cox's Daredevil showed up

Chris Hemsworth (Men In Black: International).
He has done more or less good in the MCU. His best I've seen was in the Netflix movie Extraction. But I didn't like him in MIB.

A lot of the first Wonder Woman irritates me, mainly its depiction of WW1, but Chris Pratt saying "We're the good guys, they're the bad guys!" multiple times was making me really hope he was gonna turn out to be the bad guy. Probably chock my issues with him up to the writers, but idk, he's never really impressed me outside of his voice work in Guardians.

@ForJustice1324 acting really is subjective for people. So is humor and all that. Blotsky is not a fan of the overquippy dialogue of the MCU and in turn that creates some dislike for them. I totally understand that. We obviously think Holland is good, maybe even one of the best there is for superhero actors currently but subjectively that is not Blotsky's opinion.

@cw6334 What ForJustice1324 is trying to say is that Tom Holland is a talented young that has recieved widespread reconition for his portrayal as Spider-Man in the MCU. It's recieved critical praise that has even impressed previous Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield and many others. I think ForJustice and other people get a little upset when they see hateful comments on the internet about them hating this version which I will admit does get me a bit frustrated too.

Holland's Spider-Man Trilogy is all about him becoming the Spider-Man we all know and love. That's why he started out as a high school student with superpowers but is young and inexperienced then throughout the MCU and his two standalone movies he grows as a character and becomes more independent and strong. I think Holland's Spider-Man is the best is live action portrayal to date and I think he's also the most developed on screen portrayal which is why he's gonna have another film trilogy which is already in development.
