What if #1: Spiderman and Batman switch places

What do you think it would be like if Spiderman and Bat-Man switched places? Same names, powers, abilities, and origin only thing that changes is their current status and place. This can lead to so many questions like how would Spidey contribute to the Justice League, how would they air against each other's enemies, would Bruce become the greatest newspaper reporter ever, along with any questions you can think of. Just curious.
