Yours ain't nearly as slow as mine. I am in the 100s of KBps. Somewhere between 200 and 500 KBps mostly. Occasionally, it will hit 1+ MBps. I could not use it for
paid TV services, but I don't have any problem watching YT and certain other streaming online video sites. The reason my Internet is not on par with the national average is because: I live in a rural area. To get avg speeds, it would cost me a small fortune. If I go into the city area, it jumps to between 20 and 30 MBps like yours.
This is at home... still high enough. :) But so is the price :(
