Superman In One Comic, Superman was not effected at ALL by The Mind Manipulation/Mind Control Powers when Phantom Stranger used them on Superman himself even though Phantom Stranger was basically Spectre level at the time. And The mental martial art of Torquasm-Vo allows Superman to defend against telepathic attacks. Theoretically, a powerful enough telepath could manage to defeat him inside his own mind but that theory isn't totally confirmed though although Superman is still really immune to Telepathy though it would be one hell of a struggle. And all this explanation from me makes a Very Strong chance that Superman also won't be affected to Martian Manhunter's Mind Control and Telepathy.
