What is Entity?
History of Entity
A part of a spaceship that fired a beam of energy to the earth from the moon, periodically creating a new group of superhumans in Malibu comics(the beings now being property of Marvel). It infuses superhuman powers with no strings attached. It applies here, because it allows you to create powers in someone that doesn't have them so they can battle someone that already has them. It even works on robotics(Electrocute). This would allow a battle creator to give known powers or powers that they create to someone with no powers. Because that's exactly what the Entity item did. It made new superhumans.
