Doom Slayer (Doomverse) Saitama and The Doom Slayer both boil down pure badass incarnate. The only difference is that rather than just relying on his fists The Doom Slayer also posses the intelligence to pick up any weapon and immediately gain a mastery of that weapon. The Doom Slayer can also pick up power ups that can make him even more powerful. Because of these to details I listed I believe The Doom Slayer would win.
