It isn't as one sided as it seems, because teleportation CAN BE next to Flash speed and Blink and Sideways have the ability to molecularly cut with their abilities(meaning that invulnerability would not matter). Spot can make you run into a portal by accident or protect himself with portals in every direction(they are on his body without him having to do anything) and he can suspend himself in the air. And, Spot loses to Spidey and Daredevil because of his weakness not because he is a small fry character.
SWV is capable of beating Majestic(Superman with hand blasts), is very amplified over what regular Spartan can do, and has VAST teleporting ability(probably next to Access--as good as it gets). Then, where you have ice powers, you have the option to freeze and shatter or make surfaces too slick for running at any speed(let alone hyperspeed). Frostbite can suck the heat out of an area, being, or object to freeze it. Then, there is more*. Dr. Sloan can generated ice, cold, and ice storms. And, Captain Cold is an enemy of Flash, as well... So, I am not saying who will win--just that it might go either way.
