Gwen Tennyson (Ben 10) Sure, but I think the fight is closer than the votes say. They both scale to around dwarf planet level. I'd argue Eve has a slight speed advantage and better survivability, though Gwen has the hax to keep up.

Gwen Tennyson (Ben 10) @Alien_X not close honestly. Gwen is definitely higher than planet level, fought and harmed more powerful characters, and her magic gives her numerous advantages over Eve and Eve doesn't have counters or resistance to magic. Gwen can either drain her life force, absorb her energy, damage her brain, immobilize her, nullify her powers, absorb her soul, BFR her, put her to sleep, etc. and that's not including her Anodite form which boosts her stats and powers by a lot and being Gwen's true form which is made of magical energy rather than biological DNA. Eve also has no way to put it down. Gwen's Anodite form is powerful enough to solo 6 Ultimate Aliens and would've if Ben hadn't interfered, this included Ultimate Echo Echo who knocked out Ultimate Kevin. In her true form she was going to destroy the entire Hybreed fleet which spanned multiple galaxies. Dagon(A higher-dimensional being) once called Gwen the most powerful person from Earth. Gwen I say is faster via scaling to characters who have MFTL attack, travel, and reaction speed like Ben's faster aliens, Ultimate Kevin and Aggregor, Vilgax, etc. I would give Eve some credit and say she has more durable force fields than Gwen. @Salen1110 does have more serious proof of why Gwen stomps Eve, but I'm just scratching the surface with I'm just saying right now.
