Captain Universe The Uni-Power just channels energy from the universe into a specific user, so they are able to do whatever they need to do. So, insanely powerful, and theoretically on par with Eternity. Captain Universe often doesn't appear as powerful because they're just as powerful as they need to be to do whatever they're trying to do. If Captain Universe needs to defeat drax, he'll automatically become just powerful enough to defeat him, and that will always work, unless a character is more powerful than the universe, basically. It's tricky, because in the comics it's always the Enigma Force that's deciding how powerful Captain Universe needs to be, so that he isn't too overpowered. I think it's safe to say Drax isn't more powerful than the enigma force though, since it's essentially the embodiment of the universe.
