you are the definition of brainless. Omnipotence is the ability to do anything, regardless of any limitations. However, dimensional tiering is the concept that there are different levels of dimensions, and each level has different laws and rules that dictate what is possible and what is not. Therefore, omnipotence depends on dimensional tiering because it is only possible to do anything if the laws of that dimension allow it. Therefore, omnipotence can't be scaled higher than high universal.
