I'm not sure, but out of those, my big three are Kang, Dr. Doom, and Galactus (mostly because apparently the Fantastic 4 are going to come to the MCU).

Kang is confirmed to be the villain but he would appear in an Antman movie, I mean you should expect serious nerfing , its antman after all, not that powerful but he is gonna face kang and most probably defeats him, so yeah marvel nerfs kang to antman level. Other than that, galactus and doctor doom are the rumoured ones so it will be pretty good to see them , although I think galactus is gonna appear after a long time, no hero in marvel stands a chance against him right now, as long as they nerf galactus to oblivion, then yeah he can be introduced in a few years.

1) Maestro (major villain; one of the only ways I can see Hulk being redeemed is by making him the villain, therefore he can be OP with no problems, when he's a lot more powerful than Thanos that's better than winning a rematch)
2) Joe Fixit (supporting villain)
3) Galactus (main villain)
4) Kluh (side villain)
5) Immortal Hulk (was a villain behind another)
6) Hulk (as Galactus' herald, along with v)
7) Silver Surfer (herald with v as well)
8) King Thanos
9) Dr. Doom
10) Beyonder

There are some others I can mention but these are the main in my opinion. Some of these that would work well in a Galactus plotline would team up with the good guys.
