In my opinion it’s Heihachi from Tekken

He didn’t like how his dad Jinpachi was running the family company, so he locked him away to die and get possessed by a demon. He killed his own wife Kazumi after she got possessed, and then fearing his son Kazuya inherited her power, he threw him off a cliff as a kid and left him for dead.
