I'm well aware that it was a mistake and Bruce came back for Immortal Hulk. I was just trolling Hulk fans when I posted that comment.

I may have been right but it seemed a bit out of character for both Hawkeye and Banner to agree to allow him to be killed. Usually they'd try and find another way. It left things looking very suspicious. Could have been handled better

It was a possible future meaning the visions could have gone wrong.
The punishment should come after the crime otherwise your arresting people for things they may or may not do.
