Tier System?

This is where you can ask questions about SHDB's tier levels. Make requests for character tier changes, (with evidence of course.)
Tiers
0 Human
1 Athlete / Peak Human / Superhuman / Building
2 Island / Mountain
3 Country / Continent
4 Planetary / Star
5 Solar Systemic / Galactic
6 Multi-Galactic / Universal
7 Multi-Universal / Multiversal
8 Complex Multiversal / Hyperversal
9 Outerversal
10 Omniversal

Hulk at mountain level? Superman/Thor/Dr Strange at city level? WBH at planet level?
tier 9 - hyperversal
what?

2.2 Large Island
2.3 Small Country
Tier 3
3.0 Country
3.1 Large Country

Omniversal
the omniversal is the ability to destroy infinite megaverses or things beyond endless levels of infinity. then we have
omniversal +, this power refers to characters/or beings that are capable of not only creating and/or destroying an omniverse, but also structures and planes of reality beyond it. and finally we have
absolute infinity (Ω): can be viewed roughly as a notion that transcends and encompasses all infinities. In Georg Cantor's transfinite set theory, not only are there are sets of infinite size (like the set of natural numbers) but there are sets (like the set of real numbers) whose infinite size is larger. Moreover, by Cantor's theorem, one can generate an infinite sequence of infinite sets whose infinite sizes are larger and larger infinities.
it should also be noted that the idea of infinity, in Cantor's set theory, the theorem that the cardinality (numerical size) of a set is strictly less than the cardinality of its power set, or collection of subsets. In symbols, a finite set S with n elements contains 2n subsets, so that the cardinality of the set S is n and its power set P(S) is 2n.
1.0 Human
1.1 Athlete
1.2 Peak Human
1.3 Superhuman
...
2.0 Island
2.1 Large Island
2.2 Mountain
...
etc.
Or maybe just have one 'half' Tier between each Tier; 1.0 - 1.5 - 2.0 - 2.5 ...etc.
This way the current system isn't necessarily wrong and we can slowly specify the (sub) Tier a character is on.
OR
Can we automatically set a Tier based on Stats and Powers?
1 Athlete / Peak Human / Superhuman / Building
2 Island / Mountain
3 Country / Continent
4 Small Planet/Large Planet/Dwarf Star/Small Star/Large Star
5 Solar System/Multi-Solar System/Galaxy/Multi-Galaxy
6 Low Universal/High Universal/Universal+
7 Multi-Universal/Low Multiversal/Multiversal/Multiversal+
8 Low Complex Multiversal/Complex Multiversal/High Complex Multiversal/Low Hyperversal/Hyperversal/High Hyperversal.
9 Outerversal
10 Omniversal
1. Athlete+
2. Island+
3. Country+
4. Planet+
...
Naming all different 'levels' within that Tier makes it confusing. Like a Small Planet AND a Large Star... that billions in difference.
2 Island / Mountain
3 Country / Continent
4 Small Planet/Large Planet/Dwarf Star/Small Star/Large Star
5 Solar System/Multi-Solar System/Galaxy/Multi-Galaxy
6 Universal
7 Multi-Universal/Multiversal
8 Complex Multiversal/Hyperversal
9 Outerversal
10 Omniversal
However, I still recommend to change Tier Omniverse back to outerversal. The reason I think Omniversal isn't a good term is, that it simply lacks definition, or is defined differently in various works of fiction. Just one example: if one actually takes Marvels definition into consideration which includes our real world it should be obvious that is impossible for any character to accomplish this.
1 Athlete / Peak Human / Superhuman / Building
2 Island / Mountain
3 Country / Continent
4 Planet/Star
5 Solar System/Multi-Solar System/Galaxy/Multi-Galaxy
6 Low Universal/High Universal/Universal+
7 Multi-Universal/Low Multiversal/Multiversal/Multiversal+
8 Low Complex Multiversal/Complex Multiversal/High Complex Multiversal/Low Hyperversal/Hyperversal/High Hyperversal.
9 Outerversal
10 Omniversal
Town / City Level.
Currently, the difference between 1 (Building) and 2 (Mountain) is so big.
Lots of characters have feats which fit right "in the middle between" these two.
This will fix some of the stats for the characters that are busted
