The Lost Episode of What If? (featuring Gamora and Tony Stark)

There was originally gonna be ten episodes of What If's first season with an episode staring a varient of Tony Stark going to Sakarr instead Thor and in a new Hulkbuster armor meets this universe's Gamora who had slayed Thanos. During an interview, Kevin Feige had stated the episode was the last one they working on but then began Covid-19 Pandemic of 2020. One of the major proofs of the this lost episode's existance is of a Lego set based on the episode was released witch contained minifigures of Tony Stark and Valkyrie and the Sakarrian Hulkbuster Armor.
Thoughts on if we will ever see this episode released?

No I think the episode is gonna be titled "What if... Gamora Had Slayed Thanos."
