Teen Titans GO is on cartoon network and Cartoon Network knew the audience for their shows were changing and they knew what most kids liked. 2003 Teen Titans is one of the best DC shows ever in my opinion. Teen Titans GO wasn't meant to be comic accurate or follow some kind of comic storyline, it is literally basically a parody of something that came before it and based on that source material. Same as the new Ninja Turtle stuff which really has never been super comic accurate either. For what the show Teen Titans GO is meant to be, it does that just fine so I have no problems with it. I was happy whenever I heard the voice actors were so on board to make something more light-hearted and fun for kids rather than something darker.

Not overall a fan, but I enjoyed Teen Titans GO to the movies and (to a lesser extent) vs Teen Titans. I don't really like the show, though. I find it overall pretty inoffensive.

I mean... Its definitely not the 2003 Teen Titans which was for a slightly more mature audience unlike its 2013 counterpart which has bright colors, potty humor and loud noises that is geared to this generation of kids who like that type of stuff. I know I did at that age. I personally enjoy both, but I like the 2003 one better.
