So I'm building a comic book...I need suggestions

So I decided I am gonna make a comic book and try to invest and save money to make a comic book company where I make comics, but I wanted to see some suggestions that could help make the comic book better and maybe even less of being so serious if a joke or so should be added.

Created by an alien scientist who took refuge on Earth after crash landing, using the remains of his pod to create Agent Error an android whose powers are controlling technology and has nanotech this android was meant to care for the scientist but after going into the human world and seeing corruption in humans turns evil and kills the scientist.

I got the backstory and motive of the villain but, I'm still working on his name and powers. I definitely won't make him to overpowered though @Poe.
