If I had to say, it would have to be when Batman dies in the Dark Knight Rises. He did everything he could to protect the city to sacrificed his own life for it. I didn't cry but it was sad.
I would not consider this scene as the saddest scene since he was able to save her. It was very shocking and iconic In The Superman Christopher Reeve’s version, but not an utter sadness. For example a very sad scene would be like characters such as Han Solo In Star Wars who got killed by Kyle Ren. That scene was utterly shocking and probably one of the saddest scenes in Star Wars history.
Another great example would be Iron Man’s death in Avengers:Endgame which is utterly shocking and also probably considered one of the saddest scenes in MCU history. I literally cried right after Iron Man’s death scene in that film. For the moment I thought it would have been Captain America who would have snapped the infinity gauntlet, but instead it was one of my favorite superheroes, IRON MAN!!!
Thanos in End game, i mean i know he killed billions of people, but come on, he was having a good life in the cabin, when the avengers came and Thor killed him
