He can beat anyone less than the power of a full powered Galactus and can not be killed by anyone above Galactus but at it below the Living Tribunal.

@Mr_Incognito That better be against normal Thor cause Rune King Thor won't be affected by any of the hax and has every conceivable advantage (except for maybe speed but that's only a debate with unmoored Wally and even then, he still gets clapped).

Speed Steal, Speed Force trap, complete molecular disintegration, Barry is also to fast for Hulk to hit him. There are other ways these are just a few.

If Barry doesn't go for the KO at first (which he won't) then the Hulk will get angry enough to tag him, KO.
If he's not holding back, then neither is Hulk and Flash can barely touch him then.
