Even though Klaus is an incredibly power vampire, his powers and abilities are only limited to the physical and supernatural mortal realms of VD. That doesn’t mean he isn’t powerful and here’s a list of what he has done in the novels to prove it.
(1) As a vampire Klaus of course has immense superhuman strength and speed which is stated multiple times in the Shadow Souls
(2) Klaus has Telepathy and Mind Control. Klaus uses his telepathic abilities to control and manipulate other characters, like when he compels weaker vampires and humans to follow his commands. "His eyes bore into hers, and she felt a wave of compulsion wash over her." - The Return: Nightfall
(3) Klaus has the power rapidly Heal himself. Klaus can heal rapidly which is evident when he survives injuries that would be fatal to others. "Wounds that would have killed a human healed before their eyes." - The Return: Nightfall
(4) Klaus has the power to Shapeshift. Klaus is able to shape-shift, which is a rare power among vampires, allowing him to alter his appearance.

You claim that he is a dark god and all of Heaven fears him but there is zero indication in the novels that Heaven or any heavenly being fear Klaus since Klaus’s influence are confined to the realms he directly interacts with which are the Mortal world and the Dark Dimension. There is nothing that is stated in the novel that suggest Heaven is concerned with or fearful of Klaus
