Mister Sinister @Rajneesh26477gmailcom since his powers lie in his persuasive voice, I think a telepath especially one that has that innate power and not through magic would be able to resist him, also Mister Sinister always has at least some psychic defenses. So yeah, I think Mister Sinister can take him no problem.
