@MoNsTeR I’m arguing for a tier 8 base Chuck, Chuck made heaven, heaven has a door for each soul and as stated in the show there are billions upon billions of souls within heaven.
Each door is a separate heaven (so there’s billions of heavens within heaven), also heaven is infinite so all of the other heavens should be as well.
