Toothless (HTTYD) @Yes Cap beats Homelander easily. He can deflect his heat vision off his shield and can harm him with his shield. Homelander struggled against Maeve, Cap would be just as much trouble. Homelander only relies on his heat vision in fights and his intimidation, he doesn't push himself to be a fighter because he was already stronger than everyone in his verse. Cap is fast enough to dodge lasers and bullets, and can get in close to beat Homelander.
