Doomsday and Secret Wars would be working in the same path as Infinity War and Endgame:
In the end of Doomsday, we would see doom achieving what he wants, a.k.a., the control of the multiverse, and the avengers would just be inch close to stop him then in secret wars they would finally triumph. If this does happen it would sound a little bit boring and repetitive.
So I think there should be 2 different villains here doom and Beyonder, and in the 2nd half of secret wars we could see the doom taking power from ivory kings and be a hero?!

I don't really like the idea of Beyonder just poping up and having his powers stolen, like we weren't introduced to him earlier before so i don't see why he'd appear just to be beaten without prior introduction, i mean this is Beyonder, the original TOAA, i wouldn't have minded if he appeared throught Multiverse saga and then as villain in Secret Wars but with what we know i don't see any place for him in Multiverse Saga and RDJ Doom should be temporary Doom, i think Secret Wars should end with his defeat and maybe post credit scene introduces us to main timeline Doom

Deadpool's canon event
Into the Spider-Verse introduced a concept called Canon Event which is an event that happens in every universe no matter what, and we saw how according to Lady Deadpool every Deadpool has a Peter, so my theory is that Deadpool's canon event is of course meeting Peter
