this could be include lots of powers: Freezing Gaze, Fear Inducement, Petrifying Gaze, Paralysis Inducement, ... Referred to as DÅjutsu in Naruto which has more than 6 type and lots of techniques from 360 view and thermal vision to time frame control.
We have almost all those powers separately, I'm thinking about remove this.
I agree. I think it's just a term for the way the above mentioned powers are applied/utilized.
and since 90% of the characters that have this superpower assigned, don't have it in the first place, it's probably the fastest way to correct this. Some characters on that list don't even seem to have eyes or are blind.
