I hate that everywhere in the world people are trying to 'personalise' pizza in their own way: it was created to be a dough topped with tomato, mozzarella (although not always compulsory) and, if you like, Mediterranean foods. Nothing more. All these new variations, with butter in the dough or pineapple on top offend the palate.
