Its hard to say because Thor's hammer is magically enchanted. Base uru should be able to be cut into by adamantium beta but with magic within it makes it difficult to say.

I would argue no, Uru is most likely stronger than beta adamantium, although with the right ammount of force it's possible proto-adamantium could, or true adamantium.
