Jiren wins it. He is equal in power to MUI Goku who is stronger than eithet fusion. It's crazy to think, but MUI is a higher multiplier than fusion. This is evident from the battle against Kefla when she fused. Just Omen was stronger than Kefla base and in her ssj1. The base potara fusion is axb and was smacking around SSJB so it's probably a 40000x multipler (the multiplier for ssjb after doing all the math) and Omen was stacked to Goku base and was slapping around base Kefla who would have been a 40000x and then in her ssj 2000x multiplier which is where it stopped at and then only then became equals after, or at least comparable ssj2 Kefla should be at 4000x and Goku took her out with a kamehame ha which is bare minimum x3 (it was a dope looking one) whicg is why he was able to knock her off which puts him at 6000x multiplier and even if you wanna low ball and say that is the final power of MUI Jiren was matching that.

The always cut off the zeros, the final three numbers are 2 million, 4 million, and 6 million not thousand. Anyway, the Broly movie takes place after TOP, but it isn't specified how much time, so the training multiplier is too subjective to accurately account for, so let's assume the same piwer towards the end of the TOP arc. The fusion dance multiplier so the base for Gogeta would be 20x because actual multiplier for the dance is a+bx10, and we're assuming Vegeta and Goku are equal in base, then you stack ssjb on top of that and it's only 800,000x I like it more, but Gogeta is a weaker fusion than potara based om the multipliers. So with the low ball of MUI Goku and Jiren is still 7.5x stronger than Gogeta, even more. Gogeta beat Broly, and Gogeta is based of calcs, weaker than Jiren, so Jiren low balled slaps. This is backed up in the Dragon Ball heroes anime, Vegito struggled against Cumber and lost, but MUI Goku took on Cumber and put up a much better fight almost defeating him. So Jiren beats Broly casually.

Jiren. While Broly is superior to Beerus at his full power, he is still relative (or inferior) to SSJ2 Kefla, who is inferior to suppressed Jiren. So Jiren should beat Broly with low difficulty.
