I Think Batman is the most Dangerous because while he's at peak human, He doesn't rely on Power like Lex Luthor or Iron Man Does, He relies on Intelligence, Batman is the 2nd smartest Person in the DC Universe, He is easliy the Number 1 best Prepper ever, so if I Put Marvel and DC in 1 Universe, Batman would beat the Avengers with prep, he already beat the justice league so there's no point in mentioning that, He can beat the X-Men with Prep, Beat the Asgardians with prep, Batman is just insane with prep, I Think this makes Batman more Dangerous than guys like Thor or Dr Strange because those guy rely on power and have a power source, Batman's Power Source is his Intelligence, like Batman could Steal all of Tony Stark's Equipment, Batman studies People like Shazam and Martian Manhunter, so Batman should study Everyone except Galactus, thanos, dr doom, etc, Batman is easliy the most dangerous if he went bloodlusted

The most obvious person would be Superman but I believe it'd actually be the Sentry. He has no known weaknesses and the only thing that's held him back before was his own instability. If he really wanted to he could go and destroy everything and everyone and there's not much anyone can do to stop him. The last thing he said to Iron Man when asked if he would do the right thing was that there really wasn't much they could do to stop him if he didn't.
