Two-Face

Two-Face is extremely dangerous. He was trained by both batman and death stroke in hand to hand combat, and was trained by Death stroke in sharpshooting and all firearms to the point that he could shoot accurately with TWO Tommy guns at the same. Being the ex district attorney, he is extremely knowledgeable and proficient in criminal law, retaining all of Dent's knowledge and proficiency as a lawyer and district attorney. Since he was "born from acid scarring, he is immune to most poisons an toxins, especially acid, even being able to resist POISON IVY'S mind controlling toxins. He has also shown to have enhanced physical strength, holding his own against fighters such as Cat woman and Batman. He is basically a bad ass gangster with complete knowledge of the law system, a split personality, a large amount of physical strength and fighting and shooting skill, and immunity to MOST toxins. So I'd say he is pretty powerful.
