The most underrated and overrated characters

In my opinion, black panther is the most underrated character. Yesterday his SHDB power was 224 and even it was low for T'challa, though As I see, today admins nerfed it to 114 and it's not even close to BP's real powers.
The most overrated character is Mace Windu, there is no logic that makes Yoda's inferior Jedi twice more powerful than him. He also have higher stats than Palpatine prime and Darth Plaguesis who are a way stronger characters than the featless Windu.
