Sentry also casually tore Ares in two, and his telepathy trumps even that of Emma Frost and Professor X. Even Doctor Strange's magic can't hold him. His powers are described multiple times as unlimited. Sentry even overloaded the Absorbing Man, who can absorb the power of Thor and even Odin.
Sentry is said to be the heaviest hitter on Earth. Hulk is only #3, after him and Black Bolt. Hulk would pretty certainly lose.
