Team Star-Lord (MCU) Ironman and black panther are the only one doing something here.
Yondu's arrow could penetrate ironman and kill him and the rest would overwhelm black panther

Team Star-Lord (MCU) yondu could kill hawkeye, bucky, and black widow instantly. He could probably kill cap but ill give him the benefit of the doubt and say that he can react and black with his shield. mantis has no way of putting someone to sleep in this scenario so she is a non factor. I think all it would take to beat cap is one person to start fighting him, lets say nebula, and then yondu to kill him. I think yondu's arrow could go through iron mans armor too, but for now lets just say yondu is busy fighting the others. starlord held his own against iron man and spiderman so i think hed be able to fight iron man at least long enough for the other fights to end. I think Gamora, groot, and rocket combined could beat black panther cause they have a good combo of skill, strength, and rocket's tech might be able to do something to his suit. Yondu's arrow just eliminates all the lesser threats and gives Team starlord a big numbers advantage. And I don't really see how they'd lose.

Team Star-Lord (MCU) I'm gonna play the fight out for myself to see who wins:
Yondu* vs Widow and Clint
Gamora and Nebula* vs Bucky
Rocket and Groot* vs Cap and Iron man
Peter, Drax, Mantis* vs Panther (I'm assuming Mantis won't be able to put him to sleep so she's dead)
Is this seriously off or did I just not arrange it properly? This seems a bit off to me.
