Ok, I'm considering this whole fight is happening in the same scenario, that being so, that is how I think this would go:
As everyone fights, the first one to get done for is Rey. As shown in Episode IX she has no defense against Force Drain and all Nihilus does is Force Drain, she is the first one down.
Then I think Nihilus would head for Yoda as, at least overtly, he would be the one displaying most Force Power, and the famished Nihilus would go like a moth to the flame.

Of course, Yoda is knowledgeable on the ways of the Force and would just deny Nihilus Force Drain (as Meetra Surik did). Nihilus, much like in the Game, would then fall famished and immediatly run for another source of Power, then the one he would feel had the greatest raw connection would of course be Luke.
Meanwhile, Malak, watching Nihilus, feels inspired and also uses the Drain ability on Qui-Gonn [far as I know has no knowledge on how to deny its effects like Yoda], starting to overpower him.

I'm considering this is a Luke around Episode VI level, so by now Luke could make a Force Barrier but not outright deny Nihilus Force Drain, but as Nihilus started draining on Luke and Vader watched as Luke begged for his help, he would intervene and straight up kill the famished Nihilus.
Now, thanks to Luke, much like the Movie, Anakin Skywalker has awakened!
Luke goes directly for Darth Sidious (the evil guy he knows + is attacking Yoda, one of his masters) and Anakin would go for Malak [Anakin wants a chance of redemption on saving Qui-Gonn]
