Let me try to make the case as to why he should be ranked higher - firstly, like the name implies, he has ridiculous striking power. More powerful than I've seen in any comic (and my favourite heroes are hulk and superman). The air flow alone from one of his 'normal' punches is enough to completely destroy a massive cliff face and clear the sky of clouds. His durability is also seemingly limitless. At one point, he casually stands in a feild of gravity equal to that of black hole without even seeming to feel it at all. At another, he is punched from the earth to the moon, creating a crater without any injury whatsoever. His reaction is simply to look mildly inconvenienced and kind of amused at the same time. If that weren't enough, he's constantly shown to be wayyyyy faster than even the fastest characters in the show. He moves faster than the eye can register TO CHARACTERS that move faster than the eye can register. Now - SPOILER AHEAD************* he kills everything in the show with one punch. Surprise. Except for the ultimate 'boss' named Boros - who claims to be the most powerful being in the universe. But even against that being, he vaporizes parts of him with one punch. It's only due to his extreme regeneration that he's able to survive, not his durability. Important to note though is that at the end of the fight, when saitama delivers the final blow (that he calls a 'serious' punch, the only one in the show) he doesn't even actually hit the enemy with it. In fact, it's only the air current from the blow that makes contact with Boros and is powerful enough to create a shockwave that reaches all the way around the world.

Man, after finally getting a chance to watch this show, saitama has become one of my favourite characters. Not only is the action in the show really really awesome, but the universe they made is interesting, weird and very funny. Saitama is suuuuuuper OP but they manage to still make it engaging and entertaining. I highly recommend it to any superhero fans. ONE PUNCH!

Black Panther Black panther is stronger, faster, more skilled, more durable, wealthier and more intelligent (despite the stat) than batman. He wins 10 out of 10 fights.

not voted @aajayunlimited the hulk has easily survived the centre of a black hole, and the centre of a star. A volcano is like a cool bathtub for him. Hulk's durability and healing factor is insane. He can recover almost instantly from holes blown through his torso, and has withstood punches from thanos without injury. You're right that superman is stronger than base hulk but not by as much as you claim. He's lifted literally millions of tons before, immediately after transforming. What I'm getting at is that while it might take some time for him to grow angry enough to really overpower superman, there might not be a lot that superman can do to put him away in the meantime. He'll keep coming back.

I've been playing around with an idea for a very powerful character but haven't come up with a name for him yet. The basic premise is that an alien race discovers the formula for life on and distills it into a physical substance that can be applied to inanimate objects and bring them to life. This is done on a distant colony planet dedicated to scientific research. While in transport back to their home world, a ship carrying the life giving substance encounters a navigation malfunction and inadvertently drifts into the gravity feild of a hidden supermassive black hole. The ship is pulled in closer and closer until it is pulled through the event horizon, giving life to the core and thereby creating said character. Given his immense density and mass, he would be both completely indestructible and an unstoppable moving force. With complete control of his gravitational fields, he would have extremely powerful telekinesis, the ability to teleport through wormholes, phase into different dimensions, move at FTL speeds etc. He could also absorb all kinds of energy in unlimited quantities and expel it from his body at will. Pretty OP, I know, but it's fun to think about.

not voted I just want to add this about the hulk that some of you may not know: it has been shown in various comics that not only does hulk's anger increase his strength, but it also increases his durability, healing factor, speed/reflexes and even intelligence. Beyond that, he's been shown to be able to evolve completely new abilities with anger like energy absorbtion. He's also been shown to adapt to hostile environments quite quickly, developing specialized tissues for breathing underwater in one instance. Who knows if he might develop the ability to fly if the fight was taken into space. There are a lot of things to consider with the hulk, which is why I can't choose lol

not voted Superman doesn't have unlimited power. He has varying power depending on the writer. He has a set strength level which can be augmented by the sun. But even the sun has finite energy. Unlimited potential for strength, durability etc. Is a canonical part of hulk's powers.

not voted Depends what kind of mood hulk is in. Base hulk gets whooped, but once he starts to get really angry, the odds quickly turn against superman.

Superman In every fight that batman and superman have ever had, a lot of superman's abilities are convieniently ignored to make it an interesting fight. Namely, his speed and reflexes. If this was taken into account, he would be able to dodge literally every attack batman could possibly muster.
